Shipping & Returns

This agreement applies to any patient or customer ordering EMER Skin products internationally, including but not limited to:

Prescription or non-prescription peptides or products
Skincare products
Surgical aftercare products or garments
Supplements, injectables, and topical treatments
Regenerative or hormone-optimization compounds

By completing your order, you agree to the following binding terms:

You are solely responsible for complying with your country’s import laws, including any required prescriptions, permits, product approvals, or certifications.
EMER Medical is not liable for packages delayed, detained, taxed, seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs, health authorities, or postal carriers.
You are responsible for paying all VAT, GST, duties, import taxes, courier handling, and clearance fees upon arrival.
If your package is seized, denied entry, or destroyed, you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or replacement.
You authorize EMER Medical to charge your card for re-shipping fees or replacement product costs if a customs seizure occurs and you did not opt out in advance.
You agree not to post defamatory or misleading reviews, comments, or complaints online or in public forums if your order is affected by international shipping outcomes.
If you violate this agreement through false chargebacks, public defamation, or refusal to pay, you are liable for:

All product losses and fees
All legal costs, attorney fees, staff time
A minimum $1,500 USD in liquidated damages

This agreement is governed by California law, with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, CA.
