Following an internship at Saint Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Jason Emer, MD, completed a two-year dermatopharmacology fellowship at Mount Sinai hospital in NYC. During his fellowship, he conducted multiple clinical trials on investigational treatments in cosmetic, laser, and surgical dermatology. His work prompted FDA approval for several medications and devices treating a range of skin conditions.

Throughout his residency, Dr. Emer focused his cosmetic interests on liposuction, contouring, sculpting, fat harvesting, and fat transfers, learning from world-renowned authorities in cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery. He also began an HIV treatment clinic where fat transfer, fillers, and other cosmetic treatments and plastic surgical procedures were used to enhance patients’ facial features and address body disproportions.
